We stayed during Christmas and the holiday decorations were lovely. the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby. the location was great, right next to ski slopes and hiking trails.
The rooms were disappointing, they were outdated and felt dingy. the beds were uncomfortable and the linens could use an update.

The hotel is located in a stunning area, with several hiking and biking trails right behind the building. the staff is very friendly and accommodating, making sure all guests have a comfortable stay. the rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed with built-in arrangements for families with children.
Some parts of the hotel are outdated and in need of refurbishment, such as the older rooms that lack modern amenities.

We spent our Christmas vacations in a hotel set in an idyllic location, surrounded by snowy mountains, green valleys, and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel provided us with some exquisite dishes. In the morning, we enjoyed taking a long walk through the beautiful forest and witnessing the sunrise. , the hotel was located near to the ski resort and it was very convenient for us since we enjoyed skiing.
The rooms were ancient and made our stay quite uncomfortable. The heater didn't work adequately and the bathtub was not functional.
